SAGL Proficiency testing Introduction
The online platform has been developed to provide participants with a convenient, secure, and efficient way to manage their participation in Proficiency Testing Schemes. The platform facilitates communication between the Proficiency Testing Provider and participating laboratories and provides access to important information and documentation relating to each proficiency testing round.
Through the platform, participants can register for proficiency testing schemes, access relevant instructions and documentation, submit analytical results, and view proficiency testing reports and performance outcomes. The platform also enables participants to monitor their participation and access information associated with completed and ongoing proficiency testing rounds.
To protect the confidentiality of participant information, laboratory results are handled securely and reported using anonymised laboratory identification codes. Participants are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the platform is accurate and complete and that submissions are made within the specified deadlines.
The platform is intended to support a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly proficiency testing process while assisting laboratories in monitoring and improving the quality and reliability of their analytical results.
